We guarantee that we will deliver 5 candidates within 10 days that meet our stipulated criteria. If for any reason we fall short of that deliverable, you will be credited the difference on a pro rata basis.

We guarantee a deliverable of 5 phone-screened, interested candidates within 10 business days from when we are engaged.

Our fees start at $995 which includes phone-screening for baseline criteria, with incremental fees if additional specificity is desired. Baseline criteria include screening for: location, seniority, type of experience and interest in interviewing with your company. We do not charge “back-end” success fees.

This is a solution for entry-level through mid-level candidate sourcing; this would not be appropriate for senior-level roles. Senior level roles tend to require significantly more “selling” and relationship-based recruiting – for which we would refer you to The Recruiting Company.

Once we present a candidate’s resume to you, you “own” the relationship with the candidate.
